SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming dispatch, at which point a contract is formed between you and Elvane Daily. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we do, we will notify you using the contact details provided and refund any payment in full.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy (https://elvanedaily.com/policies/refund-policy), which does not affect your statutory rights.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. All prices for UK customers include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We may run promotions from time to time which are governed by their own terms. If there is a conflict between a promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on our website and in our Shipping Policy are estimates. We will deliver your order within 30 days of order acceptance unless we agree otherwise with you. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you.

Elvane Daily is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Elvane Daily. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Elvane Daily, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Elvane Daily.
